Description:

The Partner Manager, Dealer Websites & Digital Advertising, works closely with the OEM Website & Digital Advertising program partners. The Partner Manager has an in-depth understanding of automotive website strategies and operations within retail sales. The Partner Manager will be specifically responsible to contract and launch all new certified Digital Advertising and Website Partners for a new Canada OEM program. The Partner Manager is the primary point of contact for the client regarding their assigned program partner(s).

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

  • Set strategy and program goal for launch of new Canadian OEM website and digital advertising program
  • RFI website and digital advertising partners to select 3 website and 3-5 digital advertising partners to be certified
  • Contract new website and digital advertising partners
  • Day-to-day account management of assigned program partner(s)
  • Work with program partners, internal support teams, and clients to address issues/concerns/questions.
  • Work with client to identify and correct program pain points and execute digital strategy
  • Complete special projects and process improvements at client and/or management direction.
  • Onboard new partners as they are identified and facilitate the necessary integrations for program certification
  • Identify partner products and services or new program categories that could be brought into the program
  • Negotiate product pricing with partners on all products in the program
  • Liaison between JD Power and partner legal teams to complete Scope of Work documents
  • Uphold certified program rules with assigned program partner(s)
  • Proactively monitor, grow, and be accountable for managing client program partners.
  • Coordinate with clients and other program participants to identify areas of opportunity for increasing the effectiveness of the program.
  • In consultation with the program analytics team and client, develop recommendations for measuring and tracking partner performance in the program.
  • Develop and communicate internal and external reporting, forecasts, analysis, and presentations for Partners and prospects.
  • Maintain a sharp understanding of the industry trends, competitive offerings and marketplace dynamics.
  • Be the single point of contact for the partners within the client program.

Qualifications of this Role:

  • 7-10 years' experience automotive dealership or dealer websites and marketing
  • Automotive vehicle retail and marketing experience with dealer's websites, digital advertising, leads management
  • Self-starter and the ability to multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities, and complete work by agreed upon deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear messages for the audience
  • Superior data analysis abilities
  • Experience working with incomplete data and high levels of autonomy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
