Description:
Atlas Tools & Machinery is expanding its Marketing Team and is seeking a Paid Digital Media Manager to optimize digital advertising campaigns and enhance the online user experience. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce and Marketing, this role focuses on paid media strategies, site search optimization, and data-driven decision-making to boost conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital advertising, analytics, and SEM/SEO strategies and be passionate about enhancing both paid digital media performance and the user search experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking for paid ads.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign results.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve ad performance and ROI.
Site Search Optimization:
- Manage and enhance site search functionality to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze search behavior to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to refine search filters, autocomplete, and relevance.
- Use search insights to optimize product recommendations, content, and merchandising strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Merchant Center, and Searchspring to track and report performance.
- Generate regular reports on paid media and search optimization results, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure proper tracking implementation for key performance metrics (e.g., conversions, ROAS, engagement).
Collaboration & Strategy Development:
- Work with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop integrated digital strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising tools, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Advise internal teams on best practices in paid media and site search optimization.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Oversee and allocate budgets for paid media campaigns to maximize cost efficiency and ROI.
- Manage resources effectively to maintain efficiency in campaign execution and site search management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in digital media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of product data feeds for eCommerce platforms and ad networks.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEM/SEO tools.
- Experience with site search tools and optimization techniques (e.g., search merchandising, content targeting, AI-powered algorithms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.
