We operate remotely throughout the Waterloo Region and are looking for a self-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
As a self-managed representative at Key Up Inc., your duties will include:
- Proactively driving new sales from diverse sources, including client referrals, realtors, and professional networks, as well as leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining continuous communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle and proactively following up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lead brokers, and key realtors to maximize referral sales opportunities.
- Being the face of Key Up Inc., delivering outstanding customer service to potential clients.
- Handling incoming emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assisting in administrative tasks, including creating Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documents.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage content, lead generation, and improve client communications.
- Demonstrating a commitment to excellence, hard work, and upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Technical Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience working with architects, contractors, contract managers, and developers.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals with the following attributes:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented salesperson.
- Proficiency in CRM Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
