Outside Sales Representative

 

Description:

We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will develop profitable sales and ensure that customer expectations are consistently met, thereby maximizing market share.

 

What you should expect:

  • Develop account strategies that meet the business sales objectives.
  • Develop profitable incremental sales for new and existing accounts.
  • Coordinate sales and customer service efforts with inside sales and purchasing.
  • Support inside sales and quoting specialists to drive excellent customer service, operational efficiency and account profitability.
  • Ensure in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of customers, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Develop solutions to customer problems.
  • Provide accurate market information
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge

 

What you should bring:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of industrial / construction products sales industry experience preferred and at least (3) years of sales experience or a combination of relevant professional training and experience.
  • Demonstrated sales ability.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual French/ English
  • Strong sales and business development experience
  • Must be customer service-focused and results-oriented.
