Description:
We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will develop profitable sales and ensure that customer expectations are consistently met, thereby maximizing market share.
What you should expect:
- Develop account strategies that meet the business sales objectives.
- Develop profitable incremental sales for new and existing accounts.
- Coordinate sales and customer service efforts with inside sales and purchasing.
- Support inside sales and quoting specialists to drive excellent customer service, operational efficiency and account profitability.
- Ensure in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of customers, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Develop solutions to customer problems.
- Provide accurate market information
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
What you should bring:
- Minimum of five (5) years of industrial / construction products sales industry experience preferred and at least (3) years of sales experience or a combination of relevant professional training and experience.
- Demonstrated sales ability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual French/ English
- Strong sales and business development experience
- Must be customer service-focused and results-oriented.
