Outside Sales Rep

Description:

OCP Construction Supplies is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative for the North Bay and surrounding areas. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients (new and existing), and promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North Bay and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
