Description:
As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a client-facing, results-driven role that requires a self-starter with exceptional communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the commercial printing industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions for their printing and apparel requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
- Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 5 – 8 years of proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the commercial printing or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial printing processes, products, and services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
