Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Call or email prospective clients to schedule high-quality leads for the sales team
  • Relationship building with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation
  • Aggressively identify qualified opportunities
  • Nurture pipeline potential
  • Generate appointments and meet quota with prospecting activity and sales goals

The ideal candidate will also possess the following personal attributes and skills:

  • High School Diploma is required, and some level of Post Secondary education in business or marketing would be an asset.
  • 5 years prior customer service/sales experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Must have the ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls to actual sales activities with a proven record in lead generation and finding new sales prospects – High Call Volume
  • Must be driven to build a book of business and leverage all methods of generating leads
  • Adept at developing and maintaining business relationships with all leadership positions
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the internet required
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities, goal setting and meeting deadlines
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose digital marketing services or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Good at working on your own projects as well as with the team
