Immeubles Salomon, a rapidly growing real estate investment firm, specializes in the acquisition, management, and optimization of multifamily and commercial properties in the Greater Montreal region. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to support our outbound sales and acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and contact property owners to assess their interest in selling.
- Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Manage and update lead data in the CRM system.
Sales & Follow-Up:
- Communicate with property owners via phone, email, and other necessary channels.
- Qualify leads and assess seller motivation.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with potential sellers through follow-ups.
Market Analysis & Negotiation:
- Analyze property values and investment potential.
- Assist in preparing offers and negotiating terms with sellers.
- Collaborate in due diligence and property evaluations.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the President/Director to refine acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Bilingual (French & English) communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and prior experience with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
