Description:
- Answer customer calls
- Assess and understand customer needs and expectations
- Process sales orders in the order entry platform
- Validate and approve orders
- Working in conjunction with inside sales
- Track requests in order to respond to customers as soon as possible
Work experience requirements
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in customer service or significant sales - Experience with computer systems
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work well in a team
- Important - Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word software
