Order Entry Agent

 

Description:

  • Answer customer calls
  • Assess and understand customer needs and expectations
  • Process sales orders in the order entry platform
  • Validate and approve orders
  • Working in conjunction with inside sales
  • Track requests in order to respond to customers as soon as possible

Work experience requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in customer service or significant sales - Experience with computer systems
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Important - Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word software

  • Must be highly organized, with a well-developed ability to multi-task.
  • Possess ability to quickly learn and retain vendor-related information as well as company policies and procedures
