Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Channel Compensation, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments for external distribution channels. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and maintain SQL scripts to extract data for payment calculations and reports
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of commission payments
  • Create and maintain reference tables and process documents
  • Investigate and manage commission related claims
  • Assist in the redesign and automation of current payment processes
  • Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements
  • Maintain good working relationship with channel partners and stakeholders
  • Undertake audits to ensure payment accuracy and compliance with contract terms

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or relevant field
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Analytical; able to extract and analyze large amounts of data
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines without compromising quality
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and versatile

 


PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in PL/SQL
  • Experience in SAS Enterprise Guide
  • Working knowledge of Bell internal systems, processes, products and services
