In this role you will support the development, sponsorship and continuous improvement of centralized programs required to mitigate risk across LP (Liquids Pipelines) Operating Regions in North America. What Will You Do
- Gather data related to previous field activities on risk mitigation programs and provide analysis to form recommendations for future program execution.
- Assist with the development of program metrics and monitoring status of department initiatives, and reporting on monthly dashboard.
- Support development of program management governance and program maturity model into centralized programs.
- Develop and apply risk methodologies to rank and prioritize risks and treatments within the centralized programs.
- Support Asset Management and the Operations Asset Class Management processes.
- Provide Operations Regions support on technical systematic issues and assignments.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or college.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada in the province you are located or eligible to register. If you are located in the US you are not required to have a PE registration.
- 4 or more years of related experience.
- Analytical and decision-making skills which include: capabilities in using computer software, excel spreadsheets and data analysis tools necessary to conduct detailed data analyses.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work with internal partners.
- Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire and the legal ability to cross the US and Canadian border.
