Facilitate the daily functions and operations of C&CE operations and logistics
Leads and supervises a team of program administrators to ensure timely completion of assigned functional tasks (example functional areas include classroom supply procurement and distribution, course and program scheduling and maintenance, corporate training project logistics for onsite and offsite training, communications and training, and instructor services)
Works collaboratively with other Operations Coordinators to ensure critical tasks are supported across the department
Coach and mentor staff in new and existing processes, problem resolution and celebration
Promote innovative thinking to facilitate business process improvement and the reduction of manual processes
Efficiently and effectively manage program and project support resources to support the demand of the various portfolios
Effectively deploy resources to maximize staff capacity and manage workloads across the various portfolios
Operationalize new processes and system changes, providing clarification and guidance to program and project administrative specialists
Works cross functionally across C&CE and NAIT, regularly interacts with program and project coordinators to maintain alignment with strategic and portfolio direction
Provides consultative services to C&CE leadership, staff and key stakeholders related to the end-to-end flow of operations
Coordinates completion of global tasks (examples include scheduling, course maintenance, Moodle set-up, student surveys, new program set-up) and portfolio specific tasks as required
Evaluates the work of others to celebrate successes and to identify growth opportunities
Designs, reviews, maintains, and delivers all related training materials
Coordinates classroom supply procurement and distribution
Coordinates corporate training project logistics for onsite and offsite training
Prepares and distributes internal reports to portfolio managers to assist them in the collection of relevant data required when making decisions for the future academic year
Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by portfolio management team
