Responsibilities

 

The Administrator-Officer will perform a wide range of administrative duties to support a program, research project, department or other business unit. The incumbent will carry out administrative functions, communicate and build relationships with a range of internal and external contacts. The Administrator-Officer will anticipate and resolve issues, coordinate projects, and the implementation of administrative systems and procedures. The incumbent will serve as a principal source of information regarding administrative functions, and may monitor budgets and financial processes. The incumbent may be required to provide analysis, information and reports on primary business objectives (e.g. student applications, research funding, budget for event).
