Oversee all aspects of the CG leased facility, as well as coordinate team or vendors to repair or maintain all areas of the property including:
Mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression systems, aesthetics, finishing, millwork, office furniture (replacing or repairing), renovations, cleanliness, animal and pest control, supply management, general maintenance, ventilation, heating, cooling, etc.
Act as key liaison with building operations
Be the first point of contact in greeting both internal and external stakeholders and guests
Manage shipping/receiving, courier, and postal services
Oversee kitchen, and coffee services, as well as coordinate catering delivery for the site.
Oversee and manage office budget for operational expenses (OPEX)
Plan, order, and administer office and cleaning supplies.
Regular monitoring of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and Fire Extinguisher inspections (Annual).
Oversee the local cleaning team, including the day cleaner and night cleaning crew.
Track and confirm that preventive maintenance is completed to standard.
Request all quotations and supervise work for all services required to maintain the property.
Coordinate waste management and recycling as well as Shred-it bin pick-up.
Participate as an active member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Provide general status reports via Building Audit forms for all properties as scheduled (Monthly).
