Office Administrator

 

Description:

  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Someone who is able to take initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully.
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel (e.g. mail merge, simple Excel formula, and formatting).
  • Basic understanding of the transfer agent business ( Please visit our website at www.TransferAgent.ca).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the telephone, in person, and via email.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous office experience.
  • Accounting experience is an asset.


Position and Schedule:

  • The start date is as soon as possible.
  • This position is full-time (8 hours/day), 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
