The Springbrook Multiplex Event Center is expanding our team. We are a community based private rental center seeking a detail-oriented evening Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our events, rentals and office operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
- Maintain office files, both physical and digital, in an organized manner
- Utilize Google Suite, Excel and Word for various office tasks
- Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with WordPress Website management

Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
-Website updates using word press
