Description:
We are hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant (approx 25 hrs/week). Afternoon/early evening shifts. Tues 2:15 -6:15 p.m., Wed, Thur and Fri 2:15 -7:15 p.m. and Saturday 1:00 - 5:15 p.m. Position to commence April 27th. Our current Admin Assistant will train you before she embarks on her new career pursuit. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner, proficiency in computer programs with strong attention to details as well as a good command of the internet and social media platforms. Duties include checking clients in for their Treatments, processing Insurance billing for clients/taking payment, answering phone/booking appointments, data input, filing, keeping reception and common areas tidy, and putting folded linens away.
