Description:

  • Assist in the execution of loss prevention activities and programs
  • Monitor those entering and exiting the warehouse in accordance with requirements;
  • Handle incoming Emergency Response 24/7 reporting and coordinate Emergency response protocols as they relate to the Giant Tiger Chain
  • Responsible to maintain access control including Access Cards, Visitor Badges, Keys, & Runs, etc.
  • Pulling various system reports as they relate to inventory investigations and claims
  • Manage various administrative duties including completion of all Company/Dept relevant report in-take reports and maintain all required departmental records
  • Support LP analysts with the warehouse auditing program
  • Observe and supervise security camera systems;
  • Provide direct support to the Loss Prevention Team, Giant Tiger Stores and Facility Operations as directed by the Loss Prevention Supervisor or Team leader
  • Complete designated tasks as directed by the Loss Prevention Supervisor

Office Administrator, Requirements:

  • Completion of High School;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Must possess (minimum) Intermediate PC skills, within a Windows environment with strong excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and professionally;
  • Strong attention to detail and problems solving skills;
  • Self-motivated; ability to work without direct supervision;
  • Ability to work under strict confidentially, high ethical standards, combined with a common sense approach;
  • Successful candidates must be in good standing for both performance and health & safety.
