Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Provide customers with a hospitable experience
Provide support with receiving shipping and customer’s drop offs and pick ups
Ensure office supplies, inventory, and essential documents are organized
Work directly with our office in Calgary and Tool Technicians
Identify and address problems and areas of improvement to management
Monitor office equipment for proper operation
Qualifications:
Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Work authorization (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Fluency in English (required)
Excellent attention to details
Great time management skills
