Office Administrator

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally

  • Provide customers with a hospitable experience

  • Provide support with receiving shipping and customer’s drop offs and pick ups

  • Ensure office supplies, inventory, and essential documents are organized

  • Work directly with our office in Calgary and Tool Technicians

  • Identify and address problems and areas of improvement to management

  • Monitor office equipment for proper operation

Qualifications:

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

  • Work authorization (required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

  • Fluency in English (required)

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Great time management skills
