Office Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant at Lakecity Refrigeration. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining effective communication, assisting executives, and performing clerical tasks. Managing sales on online platforms and in warehouse. Arranging deliveries and pickup equipment in timely manner. The role requires working at our Edmonton, AB location.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in office administration is beneficial
  • Knowledge in sales and marketing is an asset.
