First Impressions Rejuvenation Clinic, Nova Scotia’s premier medical aesthetics and laser clinic, is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. As Atlantic Canada’s first independent Nurse Practitioner clinic, we are dedicated to safety, natural outcomes, and exceptional patient care, maintaining a 9-9.7/10 patient satisfaction rate.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Aesthetic Procedures & Treatments:
- Perform advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
- Conduct skin rejuvenation procedures and other medical aesthetic treatments.
✅ Patient Consultation & Care:
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations.
- Obtain informed consent and create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with non-prescribing clinicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
✅ Clinic Growth & Innovation:
- Contribute to treatment innovation and business growth.
- Communicate with clients via clinic communication platforms.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.
- Demonstrate efficiency and productivity in daily operations.
Required Qualifications:
🎯 What You Need:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Nova Scotia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Advanced training in injectable treatments.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy.
- Excellence in patient assessment and care planning.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
💡 Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience with laser systems or willingness to learn.
- CoolSculpting experience or willingness to train.
- Prior medical spa or aesthetic clinic experience.
- Business management experience (a strong asset).
- Knowledge of other medical aesthetic treatment modalities.
