National Sales Leader For Personal Lines

• Responsible for overall sales in these areas within Personal Lines, Affinity, and Micro Commercial
• Developing the national strategy to drive new revenue growth and client retention in Personal Lines
• Developing comprehensive plans with Local, Regional and National Management for identified targeted prospects and existing clients based on pre-agreed financial goals and in support of business targets through use of the Aon Client Promise and opportunities presented therein
• Overall accountability for Personal Lines new business performance and as such, reviewing Personal Lines performance results across the country and work with regional leadership to identify, spearhead and leverage new market and client service opportunities within the local community, determine causes for underperformance, and identifying necessary corrective action steps where actions are not being met
• Working with National Personal Lines centres to promote and manage the Personal Lines sales “pipeline” to increase the percentage of sales closed through direct prospecting, through interdependent commercial sales initiatives and in partnership with Sales Teams efforts within the region and Branch
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve our annual growth targets
• Work with various branches, business development manager and sales team leaders internally to bring in opportunities and determine a market and solution for client
• Annually develop a growth plan and ensures each team leader supports the plan
• Maintain knowledge of industry and company’s products and services and work with the markets to have solutions for the teams
• Respond both strategically and tactically to changes in the market, competition, business goals and strategies as required
• Manage digital marketing strategies to achieve our revenue goals
• Manage online lead generation programs
