Description:
Design static, motion graphic, and video ads for our website, job boards, and digital ads.
Implement new social media tools and keeping up with platform changes.
Template design for newsletters, invitations, collateral for internal communications, presentation decks, and other materials (PDF, for example).
Manage the entire filming process (storyboarding, set-up, execution).
Collaborate closely with our communications team, graphic designer and sometimes cross-functionally with other departments.
Support with photography, including taking images as well as photo editing and post-production.
Create print and digital marketing materials including banner ads, social media posts, videos, print advertisements, flyers, posters, and event materials.
Design the employer brand style guide, refining how we use colour, text, photography, and other visual elements to create a consistent brand across all media.
Support with internal and external-facing projects, campaigns and touchpoints from a creative standpoint.
Work with Recruitment Marketing & Employment Brand leadership to ideate, contribute to, and develop out of the box initiatives.
Other duties as required.
