Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Customize and configure CRM forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.
• Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
