Key Responsibilities:

• Sell mortgage products from a variety of lenders and institutions.

• Manage relationships and daily prospecting within your Circles of Influence.

• Develop and maintain an extensive, qualified pipeline of clients.

• Stay up to date with new products, services, and procedures through ongoing training.

• Manage sales opportunities throughout all stages of the sales cycle.

• Collaborate with underwriting, administration, insurance, and other departments as needed.

• Keep sales activity updated in the corporate CRM system and prepare reports for the Regional Manager.

• Establish and maintain rapport with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales success.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities.

• Familiarity with D+H Expert and Google Drive is an asset.

• Ability to contribute to team goals and objectives.
