As part of the SOTI SNAP customer success team, you will do:

• Develop mobile business applications for SOTI customers using SOTI SNAP, our low-code mobile application development platform, and custom code (Blockly, Javascript) as required.
• Support Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and end customers with custom code for complex applications that they are building for customer proof-of-concept demos and for production applications.
• Work closely with the R&D Team on the definition and rollout of new SNAP product features.

Experience You’ll Bring:

• Excellent customer relationship management skills preferably obtained from working as a mobile applications development consultant / contractor.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple small customer engagements simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire application development lifecycle for small mobile applications development projects (one or two developers, one-to-six months duration).
• Strong Javascript development skills and experience with a variety of plugins (jquery, video.js, etc.).
• Some familiarity with native iOS and/or Android development.

Nice-to-have skills include:

• previous experience with no-code / low-code applications development platforms such as SOTI SNAP, MS PowerApps, JotForm, etc.
• Prior experience with blocks programming languages; MS MakeCode or Google Blockly
• Python programming with packages such as SQL Anywhere.
