Description:
The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and be proficient in troubleshooting and integrating business applications. This is a remote position, but occasional onsite attendance in Toronto may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Power Platform
- Identify gaps in business processes and implement Power Platform solutions
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps
- Design and implement Power Automate Flows for process automation
- Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, and Power Pages
- Develop and maintain real-time and asynchronous workflows
- Write JavaScript web resources for PowerApps enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Dynamics 365
- Support integration of Power Platform solutions with third-party applications
- Assist in developing and delivering end-user training
- Undertake IT-related projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Plugins and Azure services
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and SharePoint integrations
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS (nice to have)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
