Description:

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with consumers and retailers at trade shows and retail outlets, serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for Acosta and its principals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for natural and organic products, and a strong ability to create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively approach consumers and retailers to offer product samples and engage them with brand messaging.
• Share key product and brand information with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Meet daily sampling and sales targets as set by the manager.
• Create a positive and memorable shopping experience to encourage product purchase.
• Set up and tear down demo stations, ensuring all necessary supplies are in place.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Complete detailed post-event reports, including images of demo stations.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, confident, and socially engaging personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable access to a computer and internet for online training and reporting.
• Previous sales experience is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology for reporting and communication.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Requires travel to different retail locations or trade shows.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and climbing if necessary.
