Description:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support the delivery of the medical strategy and assist in developing change management initiatives
- Develop and implement of divisional process improvement activities
- Partner with the Medical Omnichannel Manager in successful execution of medical omnichannel tactics across priority therapy areas
- Capture resources to support omnichannel Training/Capability development
- Assist with coordination of team meetings, including divisional leadership meetings and townhalls
- Generate platforms to centralize medical operation materials
- Actively participate in projects to support departmental or divisional activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality is important – some of the projects within the remit of the department can be highly sensitive business initiatives.
- Support the collection, extraction, and analysis of performance metrics for the Medical division and work with business owners to implement measures to ensure medical deliverables are on track.
