Responsibilities
As a Materials Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of material management, ensuring seamless demand planning, master scheduling, and supply chain coordination. You’ll lead a team focused on continuous improvement and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to meet production targets. A typical day in your role would involve:
- Managing the daily operations within the Material Management Department, ensuring material flow is efficient and accurate.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Aligning demand planning, master scheduling, and supply chain operations with production goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address material shortages, delays, and inefficiencies.
- Applying Lean principles to optimize material handling processes.

Qualifications
