We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead who is a result driven and energetic individual to join our rapidly growing team in Halifax, NS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this Marketing Team Lead role, the successful candidate will:
- Assist marketing manager in developing the annual marketing plan
- Assist marketing manager with planning, managing, and executing the strategicmarketing plan and objectives for the company
- Assist marketing manager with building and launching marketing campaigns topromote the sales of products and services
- Assist in designing for company products and media, including websites and socialmedia platform postings
- Maintain the frequency of posts on all social media platforms and implementstrategies/tactics to grow the overall reach
- Lead marketing team to prepare advertorials, press releases, newsletters, andcommunication materials, as well as marketing materials
- Work with the marketing team in coordinating and scheduling all photo and videoshoots
- Assist marketing manager with coordinating all tradeshow-related items including:registration, travel arrangements, booth design and layout, literature and promorequirements, freight shipments, and more
- Build good working relationships and partnerships with other MT teams, keystakeholders, and agencies
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing activities
- Support the sales and customer service teams by creating and maintainingtools/documents for customer use
- Hold weekly marketing team meetings with the team members to align priorities and determine the direction for the week
