What you will do

  • Lead and carry out marketing projects, ascertain client needs, plan kickoff and other regular meetings, develop action plans, establish project timelines and monitor deliverables;
  • Advise service teams in developing and executing go to market strategies;
  • Develop and customize all types of marketing documents, including proposals and client presentations;
  • Organize external meetings, including content and coordination with internal and external partners;
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings with clients/bidders and oral presentation materials;
  • Remain abreast of best practices as well as external and internal trends for managing accounts and supporting financial and other public institutions;
  • Collaborate with lead partners and various professionals to summarize detailed technical descriptions, showcase what sets KPMG apart and how clients benefit from our service offerings, and develop winning themes;
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions (graphic design, communications, events, other marketing services, business development, etc.) to optimize the development and deployment of high-quality marketing tactics.

What you bring to the role

Candidate must clearly demonstrate experience performing responsibilities similar to this advertised position: project management skills, detail orientation, ability to innovate and exceptional follow-up skills.

The successful candidate will possess, at a minimum, the following skills:

  • At least five years of marketing experience, including project management and content development;
  • Familiarity with the consulting environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or another related field;
  • Fluent in French and English- both written and spoken - with impeccable grammar and an attention to detail;
  • Financial sector knowledge would be considered an asset;
  • Experience working closely with business development teams;
  • Able to work effectively with tight deadlines;
  • Quick study and self-starter capable of working with little day-to-day supervision;
  • Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple, disparate projects through to completion;
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively and proactively with a wide range of professionals at every level of the organization;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to create and modify styles in PowerPoint and Word;
  • Agency work experience considered an asset.
