Drives project delivery through effective use of status meetings
Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
Working closely with the assigned project team on the approach, deliverables, schedule, and tools to deliver multiple projects streams within established constraints
Works with team leads to estimate/manage costs and timing
Ensures the feasibility of project delivery given scope, time and budget constraints
Adheres to processes for scope management and change control
Responsible for identifying and driving solutions to project risk challenges within the assigned portfolios
Report regularly on projects status and health
Collaborates with counterparts and leverages Workfront to manage and prioritize work
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience managing multiple complex and 360 projects
Expert understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed workback schedules
Knowledge of one or more of the following: web development workflows, social media platforms, visual identity, creative lifecycles, video production and in person/virtual events
Ability to work on multiple projects while delivering them on time and on budget
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Undergraduate degree
Experience working in an agency environment is a strong asset
