Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

  • Drives project delivery through effective use of status meetings
  • Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria
  • Working closely with the assigned project team on the approach, deliverables, schedule, and tools to deliver multiple projects streams within established constraints
  • Works with team leads to estimate/manage costs and timing
  • Ensures the feasibility of project delivery given scope, time and budget constraints
  • Adheres to processes for scope management and change control
  • Responsible for identifying and driving solutions to project risk challenges within the assigned portfolios
  • Report regularly on projects status and health
  • Collaborates with counterparts and leverages Workfront to manage and prioritize work

 


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience managing multiple complex and 360 projects
  • Expert understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed workback schedules
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: web development workflows, social media platforms, visual identity, creative lifecycles, video production and in person/virtual events
  • Ability to work on multiple projects while delivering them on time and on budget
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a strong asset
