In this role, you will work cooperatively with Sales, Marketing and External Partners to grow our components portfolio though strategic marketing activities and events. Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand guidelines are met in accordance to global standards, and work with retailers to ensure promotional materials are set up accordingly
- Management of online digital and social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord)
- Work cooperatively with marketing, sales managers and headquarters to develop and implement marketing activities and plans
- Design, prepare and coordinate various mediums of marketing collateral for various partners – which include retailers, publishers, marketing agencies and printers
- Manage PR relationships with media, reviewers and influencers
- Ability to travel and work outside of business hours to attend marketing related events such as trade shows, trainings and other related networking functions
- Special marketing projects that relate to the component business
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience – preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – French will be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Adobe Suite (Specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), and basic web development skills considered an asset
- The ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail and be self-motivated
