As our partnership business evolves, we’re looking for someone to immerse themselves in our business and find new ways to chip into the team via data driven insights.

Our ideal candidate is eager, excited to tell stories behind the numbers, and is leaned into our business. The position reports to the Director, Business Planning & Insights in Global Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft, Implement and deliver Reporting and Analytics that provide insights into:
  • Partnership Marketing Campaign Management (post-campaign and end of season)
  • Web, Social, App, and Email efficacy
  • Digital platform analysis, benchmarking, and on-going insights/learnings
  • Channel/Product health and growth reporting
  • Data mine our extensive database to deliver targeted audiences that optimize partnership marketing efforts.
  • Continuously handle channel and platform benchmarking performance
  • Track campaign performance and offer key findings to optimize programs
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and produce action-based insights
  • Work within the larger Business Intelligence function to support revenue growth, database acquisition and CRM usage and functionality.
  • Working with vendors and third parties to assist in research and return on objective.
  • Evaluate new assets, opportunities and properties that can efficiently and optimally reach target audiences at scale and drive revenue.
