Marketing Operations Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager will design and govern the marketing campaign and program management process to drive marketing efficiency and support the lead management process while aligning with stakeholders.

This position requires a mix of skills including creativity, strong communication, analytics, problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management experience.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Execute and streamline marketing workflows ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are documented.
  • Manage the Monday.com application, our campaign and project management tool. Manage all user admin, development and maintenance of templates, forms, and reports in alignment with marketing processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports in Monday.com to govern processes and ensure adherence, standardize campaign execution and provide visibility to campaign status, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Regularly inform stakeholders across marketing on the status of marketing activities to ensure alignment across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate a weekly call with marketing campaign and program teams to ensure effective and streamlined execution of campaigns and programs.
  • Enable better tracking of the marketing budget and provide leadership with real-time insight and visibility.
  • Support lead management process to align with sales ensuring that SLAs are met.
