Marketing Manager

 

Description:

The role works with key stakeholders for web and graphic design, SEO consultant, copywriter and a strategic consultant, to drive the business.

The best candidate will be able to:

  • Execute and offer tactics input to uphold our Brand Strategy set by the head of marketing (including for example: web assets, content required for demand generation, and ensure ad creative upholds the brand)
  • Manage and execute new and ongoing inbound lead generation from potential and current customers (email, social, paid advertising, events, partnerships, web and blog);
  • Be responsible for reporting on the performance metrics of both online and offline campaigns;
  • Understand the use of sales and marketing tech stack, for example technology automation (Hubspot), and become the super user for marketing team while increasing adoption and improving integration of the stack
  • Manage direct reports .

The best candidate will be comfortable executing the above activities and accept that the specific tasks and needs of the role may evolve over time

Duties include:

  • Manage and execute Constellation1 new and ongoing inbound lead generation
    • Leverage the marketing opportunities provided by our Franchise and Industry associations and agreements. Including the set-up and ongoing development of a marketing supported program for account-based marketing to strategic accounts.
    • Manage the marketing funnel top, middle and bottom
    • Work with Sales on tactics to increase number of high-quality marketing qualified leads and conversion rates throughout the funnel
    • Guide BDRs on top of funnel tactics, use of tools
    • Collaborate on the development of, and own the execution of, back to base marketing campaigns, including regular announcements about new features and acquisitions
    • Work diligently to reach lead funnel goals as set by you and VP of Revenue
  • Be responsible for reporting to the Head of Marketing performance of both online and offline campaigns
    • Assist in quantifying the quality of leads and track their conversion
    • Calculate ROI on specific investments such as events, social spend, email campaigns, content marketing efforts
    • Inform Brand and Communications, Marketing Manager of content generation needs to achieve goals, SEO, KPIs and to uphold the strategies set by Head of Marketing and VP Revenue.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure that they can achieve revenue targets
    • Meet with sales to understand their field and online needs for bringing in and converting more leads
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to understand how we manage marketing spend and optimize as needed.
  • Be our super-user of marketing’s tech stack to increase the efficiency of Constellation1 marketing
    • Use existing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Vidyard, Chatbot, ZoomInfo) and learn to leverage new tools that may be introduced to make marketing operations more efficient
    • Improve segmentation of messaging to potential and existing customers
    • Work with sales and Salesforce admin to improve the database quality
    • Create smart workflows and lead scoring
