Description:
- Proactively lead the planning and development of integrated marketing communications plans to support GS1 Canada’s healthcare and pharmacy portfolio, ensuring a high degree of collaboration, transparency and communication with internal teams, business owners and key stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise supporting teams in the timely execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing project plans
- Develop insights through data analysis to optimize results and inform future planning
- Develop compelling creative campaigns, content and collateral to support business objectives
- Identify ongoing opportunities to promote and amplify key messages, including targeted events and strategic association partnerships
- Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring efficient development and timely delivery of internal and external plans
- Actively lead and participate in cross-functional planning meetings as a marketing, brand and subscriber champion
- Enthusiastically support corporate values and team engagement
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role developing and implementing effective marketing and communications plans and tactics
- Proven track record of exceptional project management
- Creative thinking skills to develop innovative, unique marketing campaigns, tactics and collateral
- Collaborative, engaged team player with a demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage multiple, simultaneous priority projects in a fast-paced environment
- Accountability for timely and accurate execution of deliverables
- Data driven approach to marketing, with experience in measurement and analysis of results
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills with focused attention to detail
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels in a professional and efficient manner

- Experience managing marketing activities for a healthcare and/or pharmacy portfolio, an asset
