Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced data-driven marketer to join the Customer Base Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead, the Marketing Manager, Customer Base will focus on revenue generation and profitability through the creation, delivery and optimization of base marketing programs and campaigns (e.g. end of promo, cross-sell, upsell, migrations). The ideal candidate will bring a balance of facts, strategic thinking and creativity in all their project work and recommendations to ultimately impact our core business KPIs (churn volume, ARPA).

Excellent verbal and written communications skills that translate into effective storytelling
Business casing skills to support recommendations and drive confidence in ideas
Highly organized self-starter, detail-oriented and able to multi-task within tight deadlines
Ability to think outside the box
Strong business acumen with a passion for learning
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners
Advanced PC skills including MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills required
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field strongly preferred
