Description:
To be successful in this job, you will:
- Support our marketing strategy for all business units by conducting marketing research and competitive analysis to identify market solutions for new service offerings
- Develop marketing plan and strategies aligned with corporate goals and sales objectives
- Collaborate with COO to develop sales channel and go-to-market strategy
- Understand service capacity at each branch to develop targeted promotions and campaigns to increase sales
- Design, plan, launch, manage, measure and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Source and establish relations with advertising vendors; identify media buys, procure quotes and negotiate rates
- Collaborate with communications team to develop social media campaigns and digital strategies that support sales objectives and business expansion plans
- Coordinate the event logistics such as staffing, sign up, booth setup, marketing collateral, presentation opportunities, capturing attendee contact info and post event follow-up
