Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Spectrum Health Care is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for Spectrum’s Total Care service offerings. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with Branch Leaders, and other internal stakeholders across the organization, the Marketing Manager is a subject matter expert in all marketing-related activities across all marketing channels with the objective of driving lead generation and sales. The ideal candidate is flexible, versatile and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Strategy Development

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on competitor products and services
  • Identify market problems, solutions and opportunities for new service offerings
  • Develop marketing plan and strategies aligned with corporate goals and sales objectives
  • Collaborate with COO and branch directors to develop promotions and campaigns to support sales growth
  • Collaborate with COO and branch directors to determine pricing and updated service rates
  • Report and analyze quarterly and yearly private sales metrics
  • Support COO with developing yearly sales targets
  • Collaborate with COO to develop sales channel and go-to-market strategy
  • Understand service capacity at each branch to develop targeted promotions and campaigns to increase sales

Marketing Execution

  • Design, plan, launch, manage, measure and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Source and establish relations with advertising vendors; identify media buys, procure quotes and negotiate rates
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, promotional flyers, posters, e-blasts, digital ads, proposals & presentations
  • Engage communications team to develop assets such as newsletters, e-blasts, blogs, announcements & press releases and graphic design
  • Collaborate with communications team to develop social media campaigns and digital strategies that support sales objectives and business expansion plans
  • Update marketing & recruitment slides for board decks
  • Provide marketing support to S4S branches
  • Manage physical inventory of marketing collateral and refill orders through Advertek
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics and ROI through tracking Call Rail, website and Google Analytics
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures bi-annually
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from the marketing inbox
  • Renew memberships to associations
  • Develop and update internal rate card

Event management

  • Identify and book relevant industry tradeshows, conference and events
  • Coordinate the event logistics such as staffing, booth setup, marketing collateral, presentation opportunities, capturing attendee contact info and post event follow-up

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years progressive experience in a Marketing role
  • Post-secondary degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline
  • Health care or related industry experience an asset
  • Experience with media buys
  • Experience working in sales or with a sales team
  • Experience in event management an asset
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional data management and reporting capability
