Description:
This is a Paid, Hybrid Marketing Internship role for the summer period between May-End of August, 2025. Intended start date is May 5, 2025 (Flexible) with an expectation of being in office between 3-4 days per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help produce and coordinate both creative and copy for social media (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram), as well as client presentations, internal documents and marketing campaigns
- Support the team on daily tasks such as attending daily team meetings, note-taking for external meetings, analysis for client engagements, social media and website analytics performance and internal branding initiatives
- Manage organizational tools including calendars, overviews and task trackers
- Work collaboratively with the entire marketing team on strategic initiatives for internal brand strategy, sales, client relations and partner relations.
- Assist in the planning, creation, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns (email automation, social media, events and activations).
- Build out a written portfolio of articles and blogs to be used in marketing initiatives related to industry trends, Adobe Technologies, Client Success Stories or internal M2 initiatives among other topics.
- Conduct necessary research to support all M2 marketing activities (competitive analysis, industry trends, website optimization, etc)
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.
- Utilize any of the following tools to complete day-to-day tasks Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive) in addition to Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Wordpress and ActiveCampaign.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to take strong direction while also displaying strong personal initiative
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Understanding of marketing strategy concepts and tactics
- Strong organizational, time management and project management skills, including the management of multiple priorities and resources
- A hunger to learn and gain experience
- Adaptability to quick priority changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud tools (E.g., Adobe Express)
- Graphic design, Website building & maintenance and Wordpress experience is an asset but is NOT required
- Currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
