Marketing Coordinator

Description:

Ayr Farmers Mutual—a financially strong, policyholder-owned insurer serving Southwestern Ontario—is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing & Brand Manager in executing the company’s marketing and brand strategy. This role focuses on enhancing the online presence and delivering an exceptional policyholder experience through digital marketing, analytics, and creative content. The position involves both remote work and on-site duties at various locations across Southwestern Ontario. Reliable transportation is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support:
  • Assist in executing Ayr Farmers Mutual’s marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns to promote the AFM brand and meet business objectives.
• Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of digital campaigns against business objectives.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize connections with current and potential policyholders.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Ensure timely and engaging responses to inquiries and reviews.
• Content Creation:
  • Assist with the end-to-end process for company, policyholder, and employee photography, videography, and spotlight interviews.
• Event Coordination:
  • Promote and attend corporate and community events, and provide marketing coordination support for tradeshows and other AFM-sponsored events.
• Technology & Innovation:
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
• Cultural Participation:
  • Actively contribute to maintaining the company’s culture by embodying its core values.

Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background:
  • Enrollment in a post-secondary education program in marketing or business is preferred.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics is considered an asset.
• Creative & Innovative:
  • Must be a creative, outside-the-box thinker with strong organizational skills.
• Communication:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple organizational areas.
