Description:

As an Experiential Marketing Coordinator supporting Microsoft, you will join our team of
Marketing Coordinators providing marketing services to our Microsoft clients in Canada. In this
role, you will marry your skills of event/ project management, creativity and leadership to help
our clients plan, coordinate and execute on their many marketing events, initiatives, and
campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Play a highly involved, visible and supporting role in the planning and delivery of a high volume
B2B programmatic event series
Pre-event:

  • Plans events to get all material (decks, videos) ready in coordination with event owner

and speakers

  • Operationalizes the Demand Generation process to target customers defined by the

event owner

  • Customizes experiences through the placement of widgets
  • Manages all attendance, approvals for public sector attendees and al event related

privacy requirements
Event:

  • Connects to all event
  • Starts and ends the webcast
  • Provides support, manages event logistics
  • Manages Q&A questions

Post event

  • Confirms post event emails are sent
  • Reports to Corporate Events SME about events, issues, etc
  • Generates post event information to measure effectiveness effectiveness, determines

highlights, and identifies opportunities
More broadly:

  • Consults and executes using Microsoft Global Demand Center guidelines
  • Partners effectively with other management across offices and disciplines
  • Explores new ways on how to make digital events more state of the art
  • Train marketers on Teams platform capabilities
  • High volume data processing (e.g., event requests, purchase orders, contracts) in an

accurate and timely manner
