Marketing Coordinator

 

Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Avonbank, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing plans and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include digital content creation, social media management, website content updates and support on various marketing projects and/or events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create engaging digital content, including graphics, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.

· Manage and enhance our social media presence across platforms to increase following, engagement and brand recognition.

· Ensure our website content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.

· Collaborate with our team on additional projects to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

· Assist with other marketing initiatives such as event planning and trade shows.

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education specializing in Sales, Marketing, Design and content creation.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience creating content in a similar role.

· Knowledge of the Dairy and/or Agricultural Industry is considered an asset.

· Proficiency in marketing tools and content creation platforms, including photography, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram reels, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and video editing software/apps.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for design.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with a willingness to travel as needed for marketing projects.
