This role works in collaboration with members of our GVA and National marketing and communications teams, to support the firm’s strategic and operational digital and content marketing priorities.

What you will do:
- Provide support to Marketing Managers in the development of marketing plans and tactics and coordinate the rollout of campaigns and programs that align with the Firm’s key business objectives.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, webinars, email campaigns, web content, and social media campaigns with our in-house creative and digital marketing team.
- Support sponsorship activation alongside Marketing Managers and central services teams including opportunity assessment and approval, and leveraging the sponsorship assets: brand, stakeholder participation, and digital components.
- Support in-person, virtual, and hybrid client events, including event management logistics— e.g. development of critical path, invitation development and distribution, registration management, list management/creation, distribution of follow-up reports, and other related support as needed.
- Collaborate with our in-house digital marketing team to drive social media content and aspects of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Research as well as coordinate and gather information necessary to develop presentations, fact sheets, and other marketing collateral.
- Help to maintain lists in KPMG’s CRM database and execute external communications through KPMG’s lead generation tools, such as ExactTarget and CVent.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders, capture and monitor actions points, and support team with processing of invoices and keeping respective budget up to date.
- Industry and account coordination supporting marketing and relationship strategies for account and industry teams, including internal resources for research, creative designer, proposals, and financial analysis requests.
