Skills And Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in marketing, communications or business.
- 3-5 years of related experience in comparable marketing or communications roles. Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset.
- Exceptional project management, time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and resourcefully, as well as part of a team.
- Superior client service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
- Acute focus on detail.
- Experience using website content management systems, email marketing software and social media platforms, including knowledge of best practices, and experience in gathering and interpreting analytics.
- Experience managing advertising and design projects, including media buying and execution.
- Experience managing relationships with marketing vendors, i.e. printers, merchandise suppliers.
- Proven experience in planning and executing events and webinars large and small, including working with external venue operators, audio visual suppliers, and caterers.
- Power-user in all aspects of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Is available to work outside regular business hours, as required.
