What you will do
Develop, update and improve support materials for in-person and virtual client meetings
- Support the preparation of external meetings and presentations, including content and coordination with internal and external actors
- Content as well as by improving the graphics and formatting
- Complete research for information and content to support the creation of marketing tools
- Update tracking systems to optimize the impact of the team and better measure results
- Stay abreast with best practices, tools and other resources both externally and within the firm
- Collaborate effectively with various teams: event management, graphic design, communications and proposals
What you bring to the role
- Proven experience in developing marketing tools that deliver results
- Team player with strong relationship building skills
- Project management experience
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French
- At least two years of experience in a marketing agency or team
- University degree in business administration
