Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a flair for creativity and a passion for results-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in social media marketing, graphic design, and sales. This position is crucial in propelling Monarchy Build to the forefront of our industry through engaging campaigns and top-notch visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
Graphic Design:
Design and produce marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
Work closely with teams to conceptualize visuals for campaigns.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in creating effective pitches and presentations.
Conduct market research to drive sales strategies.
Collaborate with teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the construction or related industries.
Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Sales experience or a clear understanding of the sales process.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
